The figure above shows the Luzon geographical location (Red, 2010). The Luzon island is divided into eight (8) regions. These ate also different from each other in terms of cultural and heritage identity. The regions of the island are Ilocos/Ilocandia, Cagayan Valley/Northern Luzon, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Central Luzon, the National Capital Region (NCR), Southern Tagalog Regions–4A (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon) and 4B (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan), and Bicol/Bicolandia.
